The Bouverie Centre Training Request Form

Thank you for your interest in training with the Bouverie Centre. Completion of this form allows us to allocate your request to a staff member with relevant expertise, so please complete as much of this form as you can. You can leave parts of this form blank if you're not sure, but the more information you can give us, the better we can tailor our response and ensure your request is responded to as efficiently as possible.

Our Approach
We are passionate about making real change to practice and in turn, to the nature and quality of the services received by the clients of your service. Our approach is informed by systemic thinking and by implementation science. We want to understand the needs of your clients, your staff, and your organisation and this includes an appreciation of the potential enablers and constraints to the use of the practice model that you wish to introduce in your service.
