Resource Evaluation Study.
Thank you for your interest in participating in our study to evaluate the quality of co-created resources designed to foster a consumer-driven, continuous improvement approach to supported disability accommodation.There are two ways you can participate after using one of the resources.
1. Complete a short survey about the resource you accessed.Provide feedback by completing a 10-item online survey, which will take approximately 5 - 10 minutes.
2. Review four resources and participate in an interview. Participate in a one-to-one interview with a researcher in which you will review four co--created resources and share your feedback.
